With great power comes great responsibility. So, you are a government official and you drop your phone in a reservoir. What do you do? You send a diver? You use insurance to replace it? If you are a certain food inspector in India, you panic because you think your phone has sensitive government secrets and you have the reservoir drained. X-Ray of John Dee painting reveals grim details
Researchers have discovered that x-raying paintings may reveal unusual details, such as areas that were painted over. In the case of John Dee performing an experiment before Queen Elizabeth I, by Henry Gillard Glidoni, a famous painting of the scientist and occultist at work, some startling changes in tone are seen. X-Ray reveals that before it was painted over, Dee stood in a circle of skulls to perform his ritual. Other features appear to have changed, such as the removal of various glassware. Unruly otter wreaks havoc in family home
Two septuagenarians were shocked when a crazed otter broke into their home and proceeded to vandalize the place. It tossed cushions around and smashed a candleholder. Finally ending it’s little crime spree with a nap in their very own bed, like a small, furry Goldilocks. Along the way the little hooligan helped itself to the cat’s food and was sick on the carpet. Florida Man, how we’ve missed you!
Between disease control and civil unrest it has been harder to keep up with the exploits of Florida Man. However, a quick search does not disappoint. Florida Man is alive, well, and up to no good. An Associated Press article dated May 29, 2020, reports that Miramar, Florida police were searching for a 21-year-old naked man who broke into a South Florida high school and spent almost 24 hours vandalizing the building. Here is the photo they released on Twitter, seeking to identify the culprit. Security cameras caught a man trashing Miramar High School.
